Ticklemore Cheese Dairy Beenleigh Blue
Ticklemore Cheese Dairy is a family-run dairy in Devon, England. Their milk comes from local Devon farmers, which contributes to the production of consistently high-quality cheeses. Beenleigh Blue is an exceptional blue cheese made from sheep’s milk. Its texture is rich and velvety, with threads of blue-green mould that bring gentle tang and complexity without overwhelming the palate. It has a lemony sweetness and moist, crumbly texture. It’s an approachable blue, making it excellent crumbled into salads, paired with honey or fruit, or simply enjoyed on its own with warm bread or crackers.
Jake’s Baby Gouda
Jake’s Gouda Cheese is a family-run creamery in upstate New York. Jake’s cheese has its roots in Holland. It’s turned daily on pine planks to ensure uniform age and perfection for at least sixty days, and it’s covered with a cream coating instead of a wax seal. Their Baby Gouda is softer and smoother than its aged counterpart. It still has a full and rich Gouda flavor, with notes of fresh milk and a hint of sweetness. This melts beautifully, making it perfect for a grilled cheese or to stir into mac and cheese!

Matiz España is dedicated to bringing traditional Spanish ingredients and pantry staples worldwide.
