Item Highlights

Radishes

Radishes are crisp root vegetables known for their refreshing crunch and peppery bite. Their bright, juicy texture makes them just as enjoyable raw as cooked, and they become noticeably sweeter and more mellow when roasted or sautéed. While the roots are the most familiar part, the leafy green tops are also edible and can be blended into pesto, sautéed, or added to soups!

Gourmino Rahmtaler

Gourmino, based in Langnau im Emmental, Switzerland, is a cooperative formed by a group of Swiss Alpine dairies specializing in the production of Emmental cheese. Made similarly to their Emmentaler AOP, Rahmtaler is a raw, cow’s milk cheese aged for about six months, but with additional cream added to the full-fat milk. It has a rich, buttery texture, hazelnut aroma, and subtle notes of alpine grass. Its texture and rich flavor make it ideal for melting for sandwiches or fondue! Try it paired with Marcona almonds or quince paste.

Capriole Goat Cheese Big Julie

Capriole Goat Cheese is a thirty-year-old family-owned operation in the southern Indiana hills that specializes in goat’s milk cheeses. A larger version of their beloved small-format cheese, Julianna, Big Julie features a natural, earthy, edible rind coated in dried herbs and wildflowers. The buttery, nutty, and slightly tart paste blends beautifully with the floral aromas from the rind!

Elderberry Family Farms Whole Dried Elderberries

Elderberry Family Farms pride themselves on using only the best ingredients in making these products on our multi-generation family farm. Elderberries are rich in nutrients, such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fatty acids, organic acids, minerals, vitamins, and essential oils. Polyphenols, known for their antioxidant activity, are the most important group of bioactive compounds, present in elderberry in relatively high concentration. The high antioxidant activity of elderberry fruit is associated with its therapeutic properties. Use these whole dried elderberries to make your own syrups, teas, baked goods, or jams!

Orinoco Kokoa Kamili Tanzania 70% Dark Chocolate

Orinoco Chocolate Co. is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Prescott, Arizona. Their work is grounded in celebrating cacao, honoring farmers through direct sourcing, and maintaining a simple ingredient list, typically just cacao, maple sugar, and cocoa butter. The Orinoco Kokoa Kamili Tanzania 70% bar is made using beans from the Kokoa Kamili fermentary in Mbingu, Kilombero Valley, Tanzania. It delivers notes of cherry and citrus with an undercurrent of sweetness from late-season maple sugar. It’s incredibly smooth despite the high cacao percentage, making it a satisfying treat. It’s vegan and paleo-friendly, free from refined sugar, dairy, soy, peanuts, and gluten.
