Item Highlights

Dandelion Greens

Dandelion greens are one of the most resilient leafy greens! They have long been valued in traditional cooking across Europe and the Mediterranean. They are absolutely packed with vitamins A, C, and K, as well as essential minerals like iron and calcium. Their jagged leaves have a bold and pleasantly bitter flavor that’s often compared to chicory or escarole. There are also grassy notes that soften when cooked. Try the raw leaves in salad if you need a bitter balance! When sautéed, add to soups, bean dishes, or pasta.

Tomme de Savoie

Tomme de Savoie is a classic Alpine cheese from the Savoie region of France. It has a rustic, natural rind and is made with raw cow’s milk, and is made from the skimmed milk leftover from making rich butter!  This is a farmhouse cheese – meaning the milk of one herd of animals is used to make the cheese on-site at the farm. This beautiful mountain cheese has a tangy, nutty flavor with subtle notes of grass and citrus. It is absolutely wonderful paired with sausages, fruit, and Leavity Sesame Sourdough! It’s an extremely approachable raw milk cheese that’s sure to make you smile.

Ticklemore Cheese Dairy Beenleigh Blue

Ticklemore Cheese Dairy is a family-run dairy in Devon, England. Their milk comes from local Devon farmers, which contributes to the production of consistently high-quality cheeses. Beenleigh Blue is an exceptional blue cheese made from sheep’s milk. Its texture is rich and velvety, with threads of blue-green mould that bring gentle tang and complexity without overwhelming the palate. It has a lemony sweetness and moist, crumbly texture. It’s an approachable blue, making it excellent crumbled into salads, paired with honey or fruit, or simply enjoyed on its own with warm bread or crackers.

Telegraph Bee Co. Honey

Telegraph Bee Co. produces raw and unfiltered local honey from Summit, Wasatch, or Salt Lake Counties. Their Salt Lake County location is just two blocks from our store! The honey is lightly filtered to remove large bits of wax, but leaves behind all the good stuff, like pollen and propolis, which you may see floating toward the top of the jar. Telegraph is a family-owned and operated company focused on the well-being of their land, their employees, and, of course, their bees!

Amano El Cayo, Belize 70% Dark Chocolate

Belize is the true home for vanilla and home to some of the world’s finest cocoa, which we used to make this chocolate. While working out the basic formula for this chocolate, samples were delivered to the President of Belize! What an honor! (Amano Chocolate has been presented to Presidents, Royalty, and other dignitaries, which is something they are incredibly proud of.) In Amano’s eyes, all customers are royalty. This bar has strong fruity notes, namely raspberries, pears, dried cherries, and plums.
