Item Highlights

Bosc Pears

Bosc pears are easy to recognize by their brown skin, elongated neck, and firm, dense flesh. Originally from Europe, they have been grown since the early 1800s. Compared with varieties like Bartlett or Anjou, Bosc pears have a firmer texture and a more pronounced, spiced sweetness, with notes of honey and warm vanilla. Their firm flesh holds its shape especially well when cooked, making Bosc pears a favorite for poaching, baking, roasting, and adding to tarts or other desserts! They are equally delicious sliced fresh into salads, paired with blue cheese or aged cheddar, or served alongside nuts and cured meats. Their natural sweetness works well with savory ingredients, too, especially when roasted with herbs or served with pork.

Red Dragon Cheddar

Based just outside Wellington in Somerset, Somerdale’s focus is on flavor, heritage, and innovation in their cheesemaking. Red Dragon is a creamy English cheddar blended with whole-grain mustard seeds and ale, giving it a tangy kick and just the right amount of heat. Smooth, bold, and unexpected, it’s a natural match for a pint of brown English ale and makes an unforgettable addition to a cheese board or a burger. Try it with crusty bread and a few pickles for the full pub-style experience!

Morbier

Fromagerie Jean Perrin is a family-owned creamery in France founded in 1965 by Jean Perrin and his wife. They remain committed to traditional cheesemaking, using raw or carefully pasteurized cow’s milk from local farms, AOP certification, and refining their cheeses in cellars across the Franche-Comté region. Their Morbier AOP is instantly recognizable by its thin horizontal line of ash running through the middle. This was once a preservation method: evening curds were protected overnight with a layer of ash, then more curds were added the next day. The flavor starts mild and nutty, with grassy and fruity overtones, and as it ages, the richness deepens while retaining a supple, springy texture. The rind adds an earthy aroma that enhances its depth. This semi-soft, pungent cheese pairs best with fresh bread and Dijon mustard.

Rich Nuts Crunchy Curry Sprouted Cashews

Rich Nuts Sprouted Nuts are easy to digest, crunchy, organic, and oh so delicious. Loaded with good fats and protein, they keep you going strong all day long! They are committed to 100% regenerative sourcing and responsible packaging. They start with raw cashews from Fair-Trade-certified suppliers across Africa. Each nut’s protective shield is removed through sprouting, which rids it of compounds that are associated with bloating and digestion disruption. They’re finished with a kick of curry powder, cayenne pepper, and turmeric.

Blanxart Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts

Blanxart has been crafting exceptional chocolate in Barcelona since 1954, using traditional techniques and carefully sourced ingredients to create rich, flavorful confections. With a focus on quality and sustainability, they work directly with cacao farmers to ensure ethical sourcing and superior taste. Their Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts combines creamy milk chocolate with whole roasted hazelnuts for a satisfying crunch. The chocolate itself is luscious and velvety, with a deep, caramel-like sweetness that pairs beautifully with the hazelnuts’ nuttiness. Enjoy on its own, paired with coffee, or used as a topping for desserts!
