This arugula comes to us from Robert and Emily Gilmore at Twig & Branch Gardens, a local farm based in Holladay! They plant, grow, harvest, and pack everything themselves, valuing high-quality produce they feel good feeding to their children and yours. While arugula is known for its bold, peppery bite, this harvest is more on the mild side, making it perfect to accompany any dish without being too overpowering. Arugula has been cultivated since ancient Roman times, where it was valued not just as a food but also for its medicinal qualities!
Jake’s Baby Gouda
Jake’s Gouda Cheese is a family-run creamery in upstate New York. Jake’s cheese has its roots in Holland. It’s turned daily on pine planks to ensure uniform age and perfection for at least sixty days, and it’s covered with a cream coating instead of a wax seal. Their Baby Gouda is softer and smoother than its aged counterpart. It still has a full and rich Gouda flavor, with notes of fresh milk and a hint of sweetness. This melts beautifully, making it perfect for a grilled cheese or to stir into mac and cheese!
Moliterno al Tartufo (Black Truffle Pecorino)
Central Formaggi, based in Sardinia, has been producing high-quality cheeses for four generations, focusing on honoring traditional Italian methods while also innovating with unique flavor pairings. Their dedication has made them a respected name in both Italy and abroad. Moliterno al Tartufo is one of their most celebrated creations, made from rich sheep’s milk and aged 4-6 months to develop a firm, slightly crumbly texture. Halfway through the aging process, black truffle paste is carefully infused into the wheel, creating striking dark veins that run through the cheese. The flavor is robust, with the natural tang of the pecorino balanced by the deep, earthy aroma of truffles. With notes of garlic and olive oil, it’s a natural pick to be shaved over fresh pasta.

Orinoco Chocolate Co. sources beans directly from cacao farmers around the world, celebrating the flavors of origin while keeping their ingredient lists simple and transparent. Their Patanemo Goat Milk Chocolate combines the region’s naturally nutty and caramel-leaning beans with rich goat milk and a touch of Himalayan pink salt. The result is a velvety, mellow chocolate with warm, toffee-like undertones and a soft, creamy finish that’s sweet with a hint of the classic goaty tang. Free from cow dairy, soy, gluten, and refined sugar, the bar tastes clean and pure while still richly satisfying.
