SUMMARY:King's Peak Coffee Roastery and Cafe Tour
DESCRIPTION:King’s Peak Coffee Roasters is proud to promote ethical coffee sourcing\, and roasts their beans to perfection in their Salt Lake City micro-roastery. They have built deep relationships with coffee farmers in Guatemala and Costa Rica who grows the beans for their coffee blends and single origins roasts. They’re expanding their operations to a new facility\, so this is our last chance to check out their flagship roaster in the back of their cozy cafe! We’ll get a chance to learn about the journey a coffee bean takes from cherry to your cup\, and what makes King’s Peak Coffees so unique. Owners Garland and Brandy will give us a sensory tour of their micro-roastery and cafe\, giving you the chance to smell\, taste\, and understand the nuances of different washing and roasting methods that provide you a delicious cup of coffee.
