Item Highlights

Shishito Peppers

Shishito peppers are small, thin-skinned Japanese peppers known for their mild flavor and blistered, tender texture when quickly sautéed or grilled. While most are sweet and mellow, every so often you’ll get one with a surprising kick! Their grassy, slightly smoky taste pairs well with a sprinkle of flaky salt and a squeeze of lemon, making them a simple but satisfying appetizer or side. Shishitos cook fast and need very little dressing up, which makes them a favorite for weeknight cooking and casual snacking.

Abbaye de Belloc

Abbaye de Belloc is a semi-hard sheep’s milk cheese from France’s Basque Country, crafted by Benedictine monks at the Abbaye Notre-Dame de Belloc and guarded by AOC tradition (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée). Made from the rich milk of local red-nosed Manech ewes, each wheel develops a natural, crusty rind while the middle remains dense and creamy. With aging spanning four to ten months, its flavor profile deepens into layers of burnt caramel sweetness, toasted nuts, and a distinctive lanolin aroma. Elegant despite its complexity, Abbaye de Belloc pairs beautifully with light red wines like Pinot Noir, hoppy ales, and sweet cherries.

Jasper Hill Farm Cabot Clothbound

Jasper Hill Farm is a Vermont-based creamery known for producing and aging some of the most celebrated American artisan cheeses. Through their Cellars program, they work closely with regional dairies to mature cheeses under carefully controlled conditions that bring out depth, texture, and character. Cabot Clothbound Cheddar is a collaboration between Jasper Hill and Cabot Creamery, made from pasteurized cow’s milk, coated in lard, and wrapped in cloth before aging in Jasper Hill’s underground cellars. As it matures, it develops a crumbly texture and a nutty aroma. Its flavor balances savory and tangy notes with a caramel sweetness to the finish.

Artisan Vinegar Company Malt Vinegar

The Artisan Vinegar Company is a small, family-run producer based in Cornwall, England. They make their vinegars from scratch, using simple ingredients and slow fermentation, with each batch aged in barrels to develop its flavor. Made with Maris Otter malted barley and Cornish spring water, this vinegar is naturally fermented and oak-aged for a full year. It has a rich, rounded flavor with balanced acidity and notes of toasted malt, caramel, dark chocolate, and oak, making it much more complex than the sharp, straightforward flavor of many everyday vinegars. Of course, it is excellent drizzled over fish and chips, but its depth also works beautifully in salad dressings, marinades, sauces, chutneys, and relishes.

Askinosie 54% Dark Chocolate + Red Raspberry

Askinosie’s Dark Chocolate + Red Raspberry CollaBARation Bar was created in partnership with American Spoon, the renowned jam maker from Michigan. This 54% dark chocolate bar is made from cocoa beans sourced directly from farmers in San Jose Del Tambo, Ecuador, and studded with organic red raspberries and a pinch of turbinado sugar. The combination creates a bar that’s silky, rich, and bursting with bright red fruit notes with a gentle caramel undertone. It tastes just like biting into a chocolate-covered raspberry! Both Askinosie Chocolate and American Spoon are family-owned, Good Food Award–winning makers who emphasize transparency, direct sourcing, and high-integrity ingredients.
