Item Highlights

Honeynut Squash

Coke Farm, a pioneer of organic farming in California since the 1980s, grows a wide range of produce with a commitment to soil health and sustainable practices. Honeynut squash is a petite, flavorful relative of butternut, bred specifically for its concentrated sweetness and rich, velvety texture. Its deep orange flesh has an almost caramelized flavor when roasted, with a natural buttery quality that makes it perfect for soups, risottos, or pastas. The thin, edible skin means easy prep and minimal waste. Developed through a collaboration between chefs and plant breeders, honeynuts were designed to deliver the full flavor of a long-storing winter squash in a smaller, single-serving size!

Brie de Meaux

Brie de Meaux is a French classic, crafted in the Île-de-France region using time-honored techniques that date back centuries. Made from unpasteurized cow’s milk, this AOC-protected cheese is aged to develop its signature bloomy rind and rich, velvety interior. Revered by cheese lovers and often called the “King of Brie,” it embodies the elegance and depth of traditional French cheesemaking. Its flavor has earthy notes of butter and mushrooms that intensify as it ripens. Whether spread on a fresh baguette, paired with fruit and nuts, or enjoyed alongside a glass of champagne, Brie de Meaux is an exceptional cheese that continues to be celebrated around the world!

Jasper Hill Moses Reaper

Jasper Hill Farm is an artisan cheesemaker in Vermont that emphasizes place, connection, and careful affinage through their Cellars aging program. Moses Reaper is inspired by classic, French Brie. Usually “Moses Sleeper”, this version is dyed with annatto and covered in vegetable ash to match the spookiness of the season. Underneath the thin rind, the paste is gooey, milky, and extremely approachable. It carries flavors of white mushroom, fresh milk, and a slight funkiness.

Queens Dwenjang

Queens is a San Francisco-based company that works directly with the very best local farmers and producers to source ingredients sustainably while practicing traditional methods in fermentation and preservation. Their goal is to create products that bring people closer to distinctive Korean flavors without relying on importing, which is harsh on the environment. Dwenjang is a traditional paste made with lacto-fermented organic soybeans. It ferments, undisturbed, over several months to deepen and fortify flavors, becoming more pungent, rich, and savory over time. It’s a dense, thick, umami explosion that looks akin to miso, but with more pronounced saltiness and earthiness.

Askinosie Midnight Crunch 68% Dark Chocolate

Created in celebration of their 19th anniversary, this bar honors the flavor, craftsmanship, and Direct Trade relationships that have defined Askinosie from the beginning. It’s a tribute to the evolution of deep partnerships with cocoa farmers across the globe. Midnight Crunch is Askinosie’s first-ever triple-blend dark chocolate bar. This 68% rich dark chocolate delivers notes of burnt caramel, vanilla, molasses, and a smooth nutty richness. It uses Ecuadorian and Tanzanian cacao and is finished with crunchy Filipino cocoa nibs.
