Item Highlights

Paul Friday Peaches

Palisade peaches might just be our favorite seasonal treat. They’re grown on Colorado’s Western Slope, where ideal temperatures make them impossibly juicy, sweet, and aromatic- basically summer in a bite. Paul Friday was an excellent fruit breeder, with varieties all across North America, and a personal friend of Steven’s. All varieties are certified organic and the best of the best. We are so excited to have them in for the season!

Jasper Hill Farm Alpha Tolman

Jasper Hill Farm is an artisan cheesemaker in Vermont that emphasizes place, connection, and careful affinage through their Cellars aging program. Inspired by Alpine cheeses like Appenzeller, Alpha Tolman is a raw, cow’s milk cheese aged for 8-12 months. It has a buttery, fruit & nut flavor when young, developing bold meaty, caramelized onion flavors as it matures. Its texture and rich flavor make it ideal for melting for sandwiches or fondue! Try pairing it with a plummy red wine, black tea, or onion jam.

Andante Dairy Acappella

As the name Andante indicates, founder Soyoung Scanlan makes cheese using traditional methods at her own pace, with each cheese given a musical name. Acappella was Andante’s first cheese using only goat’s milk, and its name reflects the purity of a vocal sound without any accompaniment. Coated in vegetable ash, it’s rich, gooey, and tangy, with a bold flavor and underlying funk.

Villa Jerada Tahini

Villa Jerada’s offerings, made from the highest quality, most painstakingly sustainable ingredients, are owner Mehdi’s love letter to the flavors of the Levantine region. They work directly with growers to ensure quality, traceability, and fair compensation. Their focus on small-batch offerings highlights traditional cultivation and harvesting methods that honor the plant and the community behind it. This tahini is small-batch roasted from premium US-grown sesame seeds and stone-ground. It’s renowned for its deep flavor, nutritiously dense fat and vitamin content, all imparted from the mineral-rich soil that the seeds are grown in. Whisk into salad dressings, fold into cookie dough, or drizzle over roasted cauliflower or grilled lamb!

Amanao Cardamom Black Pepper 60% Dark Chocolate

Amano Artisan Chocolate is a family-run company based out of Orem, Utah. This bar uses award-winning Dos Rios chocolate from the Dominican Republic. Those beans have natural bergamot orange and lavender flavors. Cardamom, black pepper, and a small amount of vanilla bean are added, creating an invigorating flavor combination. Sugar crystals are also added to create a crunchy texture, intensifying the eating experience!
