Coke Farm Strawberries
The famous, delicious Coke Farm strawberries have hit our shelves, farmers’ market stand, and your SFF share! Coke Farms began in Watsonville, California, in 1980 when the founder planted a quarter-acre of strawberries on his property. Ever since, they have been providing the most delicious, organic strawberries around. We are very happy to provide these berries all season long through our stand at the downtown farmers market, as well as in-store. If you’re a fruit lover, these will be your best friend this summer!
Ewephoria
Ewephoria is an exceptional sheep’s milk gouda made in the Friesland region of the Netherlands. Crafted by Dutch cheesemakers with a deep respect for tradition, this semi-hard cheese was originally developed for the American market to showcase the rich, sweet flavors of sheep’s milk. Aged for at least six months, Ewephoria has a golden, crumbly texture and a buttery flavor profile that combines caramel and butterscotch notes with a slight nuttiness.
Goat Rodeo Pure Luck
Pure Luck is a traditional farmhouse cheddar made from all goat’s milk. It’s buttery and sweet with grassy notes and a tangy finish with the pure characteristics of goat’s milk. Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy is a 130-acre family-owned farm dedicated to creating delicious products and preserving Pennsylvania farmland one wheel of cheese at a time!
Cole’s Patagonian Smoked Salmon Fillet in EVOO
